Once you decided on your preferred location, and style of home, I’ll set you up with a customized search on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find properties that align with your criteria.
We’ll discuss your budget, essential features, deal-breakers, preferred locations, and other personal preferences. This helps tailor the search to your exact needs and ensures that we focus on homes that best suit your lifestyle.
When you find a home that catches your eye, we’ll arrange a showing for you to visit in person. If it meets your expectations and aligns with your criteria, we’ll proceed with drafting an offer. Once your offer is accepted, the home will move to “Under Contract” status.
